These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Spearpoint Recruitment Solutions Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

Client: Any individual or organisation that engages us for recruitment or interview coaching services.

Candidate: An individual seeking employment through our recruitment services.

Services: The recruitment and interview coaching services provided by Spearpoint Recruitment Solutions Limited.​
2. Services Overview
We provide the following services:

Recruitment Services: Connecting job seekers with potential employers based on skills, experience, and career goals.

Interview Coaching Services: Offering professional advice and mock interviews to improve interview performance.
3. Recruitment Services
3.1 Client Responsibilities

As a client using our recruitment services, you must provide accurate and truthful information about the job vacancy, including required qualifications, salary expectations, and working conditions.

You agree to comply with all employment laws and regulations.
3.2 Candidate Responsibilities
-
Candidates must provide complete and accurate information when submitting CVs and application details. Failure to do so may result in removal from our recruitment process.
3.3 Placement Fee

If a candidate introduced by us is employed by the client, a placement fee will apply. The fee structure will be outlined in a separate agreement.
3.4 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all personal information, job details, and business-sensitive information confidential and only use it for the intended purpose of the recruitment process.
4. Interview Coaching Services
4.1 Service Scope

We offer professional interview coaching sessions, which may include mock interviews, personalised feedback, and strategy sessions to enhance interview performance.
4.2 Client Responsibilities
-
You must attend the coaching sessions on time. If you need to reschedule, at least 24 hours' notice must be given. Missed appointments without prior notice may incur a fee.
4.3 Refund Policy
-
Refunds for interview coaching sessions will not be issued once the service has commenced, unless otherwise agreed due to exceptional circumstances.
5. Fees and Payment

All fees for our services will be communicated clearly before any work begins.

Payment for interview coaching services is required upfront.

Invoices for recruitment placement fees are due within 30 days of the candidate’s start date, unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to pay within the agreed time frame may result in interest being charged and suspension of services.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Coaching Services: You may cancel your interview coaching service within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. No refunds will be provided after the service has been initiated.

Recruitment Services: Cancellation of recruitment services by the client must be provided in writing. Any outstanding fees for services provided up to the date of cancellation will still be payable.
7. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. Any data provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
8. Data Protection and GDPR

We take data protection seriously and comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For detailed information on how we collect, use, and store your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services.

In the case of recruitment services, we make no guarantee of securing a job placement for candidates or guaranteeing a candidate's employment success.

For CV writing and interview coaching services, results may vary based on individual circumstances, and no specific employment outcome is guaranteed.
10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be addressed through negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
